Admittedly, my blog was a bit boring this year. I didn’t publish many thought pieces or even personal pieces, so the draw to my blog was mostly just faithful friends and people who have been reading for a long time. I’m pretty sure my blog had exactly zero outside shares this year, which as a “blogger”, that is…sad. But as a writer who just struggled through my own confidence this year, it’s alright.

GUYS. I HATE that my top read post was written in 2014 and is about getting rid of fleas!!! It has been the top post for about six years running and it makes me want to delete my entire blog and start all over again. HA! I mean, the amount of blog posts I have written hoping to change the world….those posts typically have about 40 views. And this one? The one about FLEAS? It has TWO THOUSAND views A YEAR!!!

Its pretty fun to look back on what people are reading! It always surprises me to find that people are interested in reading about our life, and that our personal family posts are the ones that tend to be read the most (besides the flea one- insert eye roll here).
