I love a good snoop through someone else’s Amazon hauls, so I figured I would go ahead and share some of the purchases we’ve made in the first quarter of 2026.
I’ve written about it before, but I have a love/hate relationship with Amazon. We got rid of Prime several years ago, but unfortunately it didn’t actually curb much Amazon spending lol. We just wait until we have $50 in our cart and then place the order to get the free shipping. Same day delivery or even 2 day shipping is a bit of a gamble because we are technically in the country, and even while paying for Prime it always ends up taking longer than it predicted. Of course, every once in a while we really want to watch something on Prime Video and so we subscribe for a month or so before cancelling again.
Anyways. I’m sure absolutely no one cared to read about our on-again-off-again relationship with Amazon, so here are the actual items that we have bought on Amazon this year:
School Books
I’ll start with the boring- books for Theo’s classes. I’m sure no one cares about the affiliate links for these, but in case you are taking a school law class- these might just come in handy!
The New CFO Financial Leadership Manual
Nonprofit Financial Management

Absolutely riveting, I know!
Kids Spending Money

Here is a category of items that our kids have used their spending money to purchase for themselves. Some of these were more beloved by others, just saying.
These 3D sticker scenes were a HIT on our RV trip, and Ezra wanted more when we got back, so he spent some of his own money purchasing more! Ezra is VERY good with tiny, detail-oriented things, so I would probably recommend these for ages 9+, or a very detail-oreinted 6+ year old.
Tera ordered this UV Resin kit and absolutely loves creating resin jewelry out of it!
Kiah ordered himself this super cool Lego airplane model – it took him a full day to put together!
Classroom Supply Items

I bought a couple random items that went towards my classroom
Stickers – of course!
More stickers- I needed really small stickers that are still fun for our dictation practice (it’s similar to a spelling test). The kids self-correct as we go by putting a sticker on each word they get correct so I needed LOTS of little stickers that can fit in-between the lines on a paper.
I ordered these for Valentines gifts, and while the squishes were a hit, those dang plastic hearts were AWFUL and we all hated both trying to get them closed AND trying to get them open.
Medicine

Sometimes, Amazon is a great place to stock up on some meds that we can’t always find in our local Walmart or CVS.
Activated Charcoal- this is a favorite “supplement” that I keep on hand for upset tummies – it works great for both indigestion and even having a tummy bug! I also love that it has no side effects.
Yeah, I’d rather not talk through the details of why we needed to order this one, but let’s just say having toddlers and animals means that the chance of worms increases dramatically.
Which also means that it’s time to deworm some animals 🙂
Bible Study

I ordered this study to go through in my personal devotions. I was hoping for a gospels study, but I guess I’ll just have to do one book of the gospels at a time. I’ve really been loving The Daily Grace Co- this is the third study I’ve done in the past 6 months!
Household Items

I think everything else falls under a random household items category!
My basketball players felt like their shorts were flapping open too much, and really wanted the security of these leggings under their shorts! Have you seen the ones that are just one legged? I will admit that I don’t get it, but I guess it’s a thing?
Tera really wanted a new lunchbox, so we gave this one a go. She loves it!
Fake nails were popping off all over the place, and I decided I could not stand stepping on one more fake nail, so into the cart this went 😉
I am still the old fashioned person who prints photos and puts them in albums. We love to look through the albums! I really liked the canvas cover on this one, and how it says “family photos 2025”...because I’ll admit that I can never keep track of what year each album is from. I’m absolutely going to buy a specific labeled yearly one from here on out!
In a similar vain, my in-laws asked for a family collage to hang up in their cabin, so I ordered this and filled it with pictures for them.
I have two clocks in my house and neither of them work properly, so I went ahead and ordered a new one.
I keep my kids important papers in file folders– one for each kid. Ideally, I would have one slot for each year/grade of their life, but it turns out I’m more a type B Mom and the papers just kind of get placed in the file folder. Anyways, Ori didn’t have one so I went ahead and ordered one for him.
My brush was falling apart- all the little prongy things kept falling out when I brushed my hair, so I ordered this one. To be honest, I don’t love it. I think it would work great for a small child with very thin hair, but it doesn’t seem to be overly strong to hold up to mine (my hair isn’t thick- but I am a full grown woman with a head of hair, ya know?)
Yes, I know this brand has a lot of sugar in it. But ya know what? It is exactly what I need after running 8+ miles and then diving back into my regular daily responsibilities. I ran out and needed some more.
And that’s a wrap! I honestly thought that I would just do some highlights, but this is actually everything we bought on Amazon in Q1! I’d love to hear from you- what was the last 3 items you bought on Amazon?
And as a reminder- all of the links in this post are affiliate links, which means that if you purchase something through one of my links, Amazon gives me a very small kickback 🙂
