I’m joining in with the Share Our Lives ladies and chatting about where I shop!

I love this prompt because I feel like my shopping routine is one thing that I actually have organized. So much of my life feels like chaos, but I pretty much always know where I’m going to shop! I’m very minimal in my shopping (but not necessarily my spending haha) and I only go to a handful of places.
On a weekly basis, I shop at Aldi. I get all my groceries from Aldi. Usually, if they don’t have it at Aldi, I just forget about it. I buy the same things each week, and I feel like Aldi helps me save so much money on groceries! Even with all four kids in tow, I’m usually in and out within 45 minutes. I’m sure the other patrons are thankful hahaha.

If I need diapers, toiletries or something that Aldi doesn’t have, I will pop in to Walmart. I usually do this about twice a month.

We spend a lot of money at Rural King buying feed for our animals. But in return, we get eggs and meat that I don’t have to buy at the store!

Of course I also use Amazon to buy plenty of things. We don’t have a prime membership anymore, and I try to not order too much, but sometimes it’s just so easy and convenient! This past week I bought an inner tube for my “new” stroller (that I found in someone’s trash haha), some birthday presents for Ezra, some conditioner, a new phone case, a bible study book, a reading/night light, and a drying rack. So random!
I buy 98% of my clothes and the kids clothes from thrift stores! We love thrifting and I always find some great stuff. We also have an amazing thrift book store near us, and the kids and I love browsing in there for books. For years I’ve wanted to write a blog post with some of my thrifting tips, maybe I need to get around to doing that soon!

And that is mostly where I shop! I can’t wait to read everyone else’s responses! Also, I can’t believe how hard it was to find pictures of us in stores…I guess it’s not a common place to take photos!

Our local Aldi is a really tiny store and while I did try shopping there a few years ago when my boys took karate classes in that same neighborhood, I often had to stop at another “real” grocery store anyway. So I gave up. I only get to shop at one when we go on vacation to visit my sister. The one near them is huge with such a better selection!
