I’m not a math girl, but I LOVE facts and statistics. I love finding out how many views certain posts got, and I love reminiscing on the past year. I don’t know if anyone else is interested to know, but I’m always curious about my top 10 most viewed blog posts of the year. Some of these really surprised me, and some of them didn’t. The thing that these stats tell me is that you all LOVE personal blog posts. You love to hear about the ins and outs of our family and you truly care about the people behind this blog. Every single one of those posts except two were personal life updates, and while those usually garner a lot of curiosity clicks, I am still surprised that 8 of my top posts this year were so personal in nature. It’s something I’m realizing in the blogging world. You guys love to see real people living real life.
P.S. I am dying laughing over the fact that my 2nd most viewed post EVER is about getting rid of fleas without using an exterminator. And now my getting rid of lice post is also making it onto the list of most popular. Maybe I should quit Mom blogging and start an exterminator blog? LOL.
